Supervises skilled or semi-skilled employees in maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, cement work, masonry, and other general upkeep which involves furnishings, structures, floor covering, equipment, heating, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and related systems. A Maintenance Supervisor oversees a staff of skilled as well as semi-skilled workers in maintenance, janitorial, and custodial tasks; performs various maintenance tasks and other related duties as required.
