Working closely with Banquet Management, Catering & Events, Culinary, Stewarding, and other hotel departments, the Banquet Captain helps coordinate event setup, service timing, food and beverage service, guest requests, event transitions, and breakdown. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional who leads by example, remains composed in a fast-paced luxury environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and personalized service.
