Key components to this position include the ability to multi-task, implement efficient building practices, oversee project timing and contractor quality of work, and coordinate communications between GC’s, architects, designers, engineers, and leadership. Leadership is required in all phases of development for franchisee growth, including building plan review, construction site visits, and communication with architects, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
