Plans, develops, schedules, and conducts required safety training and certifications sessions with the necessary content and frequency required for the work; Provides written safety and quality control reports to the Corporate Office, the Project Manager, the customer (and other recipients as directed) listing inspection findings of work product, safe work practices, schedules, facilities, and subcontractor work. Other duties include submitting records and reports associated with the Quality Control Program and the safety training program; recommending changes to improve operational productivity; conducting surveillance of operations to ensure company and Corps safety regulations are observed; and maintaining control of environmental products.
