The successful candidate will build effective working relationships with District leadership, the Board of Directors, governmental agencies, industry organizations, and partner entities while advancing the District mission and strategic goal. Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Resource Management, or a related field, and; Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible experience in utility resource planning and analysis.
