At the direction of the Director of Student Success this position provides supervision and leadership to a team of Student Success Specialists while serving as a primary operational liaison between Enrollment Management, Student Affairs, Athletics, Academic Affairs, and other campus partners to ensure students receive coordinated, proactive, and student-centered support throughout their educational journey. The Assistant Director is responsible for managing day-to-day student success operations, coordinating student intervention efforts, monitoring outreach and engagement initiatives, overseeing student support workflows, and assisting with institutional retention efforts using data, technology platforms, and collaborative strategies.
