Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, scheduling, vendors, and QEHS team members — including the ability to hold a position on a quality issue under schedule pressure without damaging working relationships. Manage project quality documentation and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) requirements, including MTRs, material certifications and traceability, inspection records, weld documentation, hold/witness points, approvals, and customer-required documentation.
