Identify, research, and evaluate potential acquisition targets in accordance with EMCOR's strategic priorities• Apply structured screening criteria to evaluate strategic fit within EMCOR's operating landscape• Analyze target financial performance, quality of earnings, construction-specific performance indicators, risk areas, and key value drivers to determine quality of acquisition opportunity• Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to inform capital allocation and support investment decisions• Assist in negotiating key commercial and financial terms with acquisition target ownership• Coordinate acquisition process across accounting/finance, legal, HR, IT, operations, risk, safety, and tax departments• Identify risks, synergies, and integration considerations during the due diligence process and develop integration plans with relevant operational or functional leadership• Monitor industry trends, comparable transactions, and competitive dynamics to inform M&A strategy• Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership and Board-level discussions• Assist with special projects and reports as needed• Travel: approximately 20%.
