The successful candidate will manage environmental due diligence, investigation, and remediation projects, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, NYC E-Designation projects, NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program projects, spill sites, and other complex urban redevelopment assignments throughout the five boroughs and the NYC metropolitan area. The role will include preparing and reviewing work plans, proposals, investigation reports, remedial action plans, and regulatory submittals; coordinating field teams, contractors, drillers, laboratories, and technical specialists; evaluating environmental data; and helping guide projects from due diligence through investigation, remediation, and closure.
