Additionally, the Operations Director holds broader leadership responsibility for the overall success of the company and, as such, is a cultural champion, executes on the strategic plan, develops talent, leads positive change, and continuously contributes quality improvement. Ensure all projects within assigned group execute pre-planning and risk mitigation workflows including estimating turnover, management review, manufacturing plan, cash management plan, buyout plan, project schedules, productivity tracking, job audits, debriefs, etc.
