Demonstrated leadership of a sterile compounding, quality, regulatory, operational, or project portfolio, including the ability to direct work, influence interdisciplinary stakeholders, and sustain corrective actions; formal supervisory experience- preferred. The role collaborates with Pharmacy leadership, Quality, Infection Prevention, Facilities, Environmental Services, Occupational Health, Nursing, Information Technology, and other stakeholders to advance safety, performance, and continuous regulatory readiness.
