Responsible to provide related services that support employment outcomes: person- center -planning, discovery process, assessments, vocational counseling, benefits planning, identification and development of appropriate employment objectives and job matches, assist consumers to development resumes, prepare for interviews, mock interview, job marketing, on site job coaching, support to employers, and other aspects of supported employment. The integration of employment services will stem from identifying funding resources, securing employment contracts, establishing business opportunities for micro-enterprise, networking with the business community and marketing employment services, participating in fundraising events and collaborating with the Development department to secure grants outcomes.
