Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes the restaurant business and understands that successful restaurants are built through people, systems, accountability, and hospitality. Experience with Toast POS, restaurant scheduling platforms, payroll/timekeeping systems, inventory software, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Drive, and similar restaurant technology is preferred.
