The Senior Director partners closely with physicians, nursing leaders, hospital administration, and support departments to drive growth, improve patient access, optimize clinical operations, enhance patient experience, and achieve service line financial and quality goals. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating all operational aspects of Spine Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neurology, Interventional Pain Management, and related ambulatory and procedural services.
