ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities; Scheduling employees for shifts; Resolving store issues including customer concerns; Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements; Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise; Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and.
