Partner with Product Owners, business sponsors, AI Engineering & Delivery, the IT PMO, and the AI Value & Economics Lead to maintain portfolio-level alignment and accountability, and to confirm each initiative has a defined business problem, expected outcomes, success measures, value hypothesis, accountable business owner, and value-realization approach before significant investment. Serving as the central connection among business stakeholders, Product Owners, AI leadership, and delivery teams, the Portfolio Lead provides the analysis, transparency, and decision support needed to balance value, strategic alignment, feasibility, risk, capacity, and dependencies across the AI portfolio.
