We’re looking for someone who brings: Minimum of 2–3 years of formal management or supervisory experience, including direct responsibility for leading teams, ideally in a high-volume, guest-facing industry such as hospitality, entertainment, retail, fitness, or restaurants. Comfortable using technology and operational systems , with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS platforms, scheduling tools, and reporting dashboards; quick to learn and apply new systems in daily operations.
