General Purpose: Lead the overall performance and continued development of McCarl's heavy industrial fabrication business, including the Aliquippa and Muncy operations, focused on process piping and modular/skid fabrication for the power, oil & gas, chemical, and industrial manufacturing markets. This is a business and operations leadership role, with responsibility for integrating customer needs, estimating, project execution, resource planning, technology, and shop production to achieve safe, predictable, and profitable fabrication performance.
