The PRN Shelter Operations Floater is a flexible, as-needed position that supports 24/7 shelter operations across multiple functional areas, including direct guest support, safety and security monitoring, fire watch, janitorial and facility support, documentation, and basic case management support. The role helps maintain safety, sanitation, guest wellbeing, and operational continuity during emergency shelter operations, cold-weather activations, and other temporary or high-need staffing periods.
