High school diploma or equivalent required• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred• 3+ years of experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations• Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR preferred• Prior lead, senior, or informal supervisory experience strongly preferred• Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations• Experience with TOS workflows, insurance coordination, and operational reporting preferred• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through.
