Fleet operations includes but not limited to licensing and title, approval and payment of fleet related invoices, keeping current fleet inventory records, coordinating receipt and disposal of vehicles, fleet use optimization analysis, regulatory compliance, collision and repair coordination, vehicle inspection, verifying of preventative maintenance and scheduling necessary repairs. This role is also responsible for coordinating courier services for Materials Management including but not limited to directing activities of 3rd party couriers, lab interaction, optimizing courier routes and analysis, contracting and billing.
