The Development Manager will play an integral role throughout the development lifecycle by coordinating with internal departments, customers, brokers, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver projects that meet Hillwoods quality, schedule, and financial objectives. Reporting to the Regional Market Leader, this position will support the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial development projects throughout the Atlanta market, including tenant improvements (TI), speculative developments, build-to-suit (BTS) projects, and pursuit opportunities.
