You will: Design and deliver premium and paid HR education experiences end-to-end across modalities (certification programs, cohorts, webinars, workshops, learning labs, LMS courses, microlearning), including audience and learning-needs analysis, learning objectives, session plans, exercises, assessments, job aids, and facilitator materials. This role builds depth across HR practice areas such as compliance, performance management, and AI fluency and AI workforce strategy, partnering with subject-matter experts to translate expert knowledge and research into clear, actionable learning that helps customers adopt BambooHR and become more self-sufficient.
