Qualifications:At least 21 years of ageYouth camp experience preferredAbility to work independently, set deadlines & manage detailsAbility to enthusiastically lead large groups & give clear instructionsTeachable spirit, team-player attitude, servant heart, responsible, industrious, flexible, enthusiasticAble to make sound decisions in the event of emergenciesPhysical Requirements: Constant walking, hiking, running, climbing on uneven terrain.
