This hands-on role oversees preventative maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical, robotic, and pneumatic manufacturing equipment, develops and maintains maintenance/calibration schedules, supports 5S, Lean, safety, and continuous improvement activities, and collaborates cross-functionally as an innovator and change agent to elevate the Maintenance team. Tesla people leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams' safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations.
