Description: Position Summary: Sets the vision and direction for clinical care in the delivery of safe, timely, efficient, equitable and patient centered care throughout areas of responsibility including acute, ambulatory and community areas across the West Michigan market of Trinity Health or Joint Ventures and Network Collaborations with external partners. Full complement of management responsibilities including; short and long-term planning and development, human resource management, managing and developing physician relationships, financial accountability, quality assessment and improvement, regulatory compliance, productivity management, operational excellence and assuring consistency with the organizational and health system strategic plans.
