How Youll Make an Impact • Serve as the primary on-site resource for SAP EWM daily operations, including troubleshooting and issue resolution • Support core warehouse activities such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and cycle counts • Maintain and improve system master data, user configurations, and process parameters • Configure and support warehouse technologies, including RFID devices and handheld equipment • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support performance tracking and operational visibility • Work with operations, supply chain, and IT teams to resolve system issues impacting workflow • Identify and support process improvements that streamline workflows and improve system and warehouse effectiveness • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. • 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or distribution center systems support • Hands-on experience supporting SAP EWM in a warehouse or distribution environment • Experience working with warehouse technologies, such as RFID devices, handhelds, and related systems • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse team members, supervisors, and management • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting operational priorities.
