Responsible to ensure timely placement, acknowledgement, and fulfillment of PO's for projects by purchasing team; Responsible to mitigate, escalate any critical path, impact or delays; Lead project management escalation of major issues with necessary teams and departments; Provide reporting and feedback loop with Operations and Sales to ensure best-fit suppliers satisfy "voice of customers"; Attend and present at project and daily management meetings to gain a detailed understanding of project requirements, expectations and provide comprehensive communication; Lead benchmark efforts to identify best practices across the Howden Aftermarket and Chart Aftermarket teams; Review, update, and develop supply chain processes; Drive the use of Chart Business Excellence continuous improvement tools throughout the supply chain management process. Degree in purchasing, supply chain, business administration, engineering, finance or related discipline; Advanced competency in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Project, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook); Advanced competency of ERP systems (i.e. AX, D365, etc.).
