This role sits at the intersection of platform operations, governance, developer experience, and organizational change management - requiring the ability to influence stakeholders, drive adoption of new operating models, and establish governance practices that enable safe, efficient product delivery. Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
