The role is accountable for maintenance execution, planning and scheduling, shutdown management, electrical and instrumentation maintenance, maintenance readiness, workforce development, and asset care programs to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. The position supports project development, commissioning, startup, ramp-up, and operational excellence through close collaboration with Operations, Metallurgy, Reliability, Process Control, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operational Readiness teams.
