The Foreman’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, maintaining multiple product lines, having multiple line leads directly reporting, and provide support to the technicians in assembling controls, switchboards, panels, and future product lines, performing various tests on products, coaching employees, training, writing up reports, QA/QC inspections, using various equipment, and act as the Subject Matter Specialist to the engineering, quality, and supply chain team. Ensures that all technicians are performing required tasks safely/ following all procedures to assemble and test products while maintaining efficiency to meet the delivery schedule defined by management.
