UESS departments and programs include: Exploring Advising , Transfer Advising, PathwayOregon, TRIO Student Support Services, Center for Multicultural Academic Excellence (CMAE), the Accessible Education Center (AEC), Center for Undergraduate Research and Engagement (CURE), Office of Distinguished Scholarships (ODS), McNair Scholars Program, Academic Residential Communities (ARCs), First-Year Interest Groups (FIGs), Student Academy to Inspire Learning (SAIL), Tutoring and Academic Engagement Center (TAEC), and UESS Administration. The UESS Project Manager (UESSPM) provides strategic project management for special projects, programs, and events critical to the UESS mission and supports the strategic implementation of divisional and institution-wide initiatives to improve retention, graduation, and close equity gaps.
