Working across retail, specialty, ambulatory, infusion, inpatient pharmacy and related enterprise pharmacy functions, the Chief of Staff will help identify, evaluate, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that improve patient access, financial performance, operational effectiveness, and enterprise value. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading initiatives for hospital pharmacy in alignment with the organization's goals: engaging key stakeholders, developing critical analyses to drive decision making, leading and advancing key hospital pharmacy initiatives, and measuring impact.
