Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical exams, and pre-operative assessments; Partner directly with the plastic surgeon to develop individualized treatment plans; Guide patients through their surgical journey with clear education on procedures, expectations, and recovery; Provide attentive post-operative care, including follow-ups and wound management; Perform in-office procedures to include but are not limited to: Suturing and minor excisions.
