Full-time position * Primarily outpatient schedule (70%) with surgical first assist responsibilities (30%) * Weekday 4/10s or 5/8s schedule; no night call or weekends * Requires at least 2 to 5 years of experience as a physician assistant and a minimum of 2 years of surgical first assist experience * Experience in orthopedics is preferred; experience in orthopedic trauma surgery and/or ortho-oncology is also preferred but not required * As a non-profit organization, Providence qualifies for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program * No state income tax in Washington state (federal income tax still applies) * Signing bonus, value-based incentive, and relocation assistance available * Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, and retirement * Compensation is between $144,784 and $187,591 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
