SAMGI is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join our established surgical team at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative hospital-based model while serving a growing community in a dynamic healthcare environment.Position Details• Provide services in a Level III Trauma Center
• Manage acute and elective vascular cases including arterial and venous procedures
• Participate in call rotation as part of a structured surgical coverage model
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care
• 247 support from advanced practice providers and hospital staff
• Employed model with administrative and operational support provided by SAMGIQualifications• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery
• Active Idaho Medical License or ability to obtain
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience preferred
