Patients' first and last point of contact in the office, responsible for Check-in and check-out duties, which may include entering charges, collecting deductibles and coinsurances, posting payments and scheduling follow up appointments. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively and maintain good relations with coworkers, Tanner Medical Group, medical staff, as well as patients, families, and third-party payers.
