Qualifications: Doctoral degree in audiology from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama or completion of a master’s degree in audiology(prior to January 1, 2007) as an audiologist, certificate of Clinical Competence in audiology and licensure with the state of Alabama in audiology.
