What you will do in this role: You must possess In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures, including da Vinci Robot (SI), orthopedic, neuro, and general surgery You will assess patient's condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care before and after surgery You will ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment You will keep the operating room sterilized You will pass medical instruments to the surgeons during operation In this role, you will review charts for completeness, in accordance with documentation protocols prior to and after the surgical procedure Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, and physicians to ensure continuity of care Qualifications you will need: Minimum 2 year experience diversified perioperative nursing experience; both scrubbing and circulating; preferably in an ambulatory surgery center.
