Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the colorectal surgery program at St. Catherine of Siena Hospital Expand access to advanced colorectal care, including minimally invasive and robotic surgery Collaborate across the system to enhance quality, outcomes, and patient experience Support growth of endoscopic and surgical services Mentor and collaborate with surgical colleagues and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to strategic planning and service line development Participation and support of Catholic Health System NAPRC MDT Qualifications Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery (ABCRS) Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency and Colorectal Surgery fellowship Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted New York State medical license DEA license (or eligibility) Demonstrated expertise in robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic techniques Catholic Health offers a comprehensive, physician-focused benefits package, including: Multiple medical plan options Generous paid time off Employer-funded pension plan Tuition reimbursement and professional development support Life insurance and retirement savings options Salary- $575K This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's education, training, skills, licensure and certification, competencies and other relevant experience.
