Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Must have skills: - Registered Nurse, RN, Medical Surgical, Med Surg, Trauma, BLS, EPIC Active RN License (GA or Compact State) AHA BLS certification (required) ACLS certification (preferred) Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg, trauma, or surgical specialty Proficiency with EPIC EMR system (required) Ability to work day shifts (schedule varies), 36 guaranteed hours per week No requested time off (RTO) Must be willing to work given shifts – no block schedules Both local and travel candidates considered (no radius restriction) Experience with highacuity populations: spinal cord injury, neuro trauma, gunshot wounds, quads, paraplegics Strong critical thinking and rapid prioritization in a highacuity setting Excellent wound care, pain management, and neuro assessment skills Ability to deescalate and manage complex psychosocial needs Strong communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff Compassionate, resilient, and patientfirst mindset Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
