Key responsibilities include coordinating resident recruitment and interview activities; managing resident onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, licensure, evaluations, examinations, and professional development activities; coordinating conferences, didactic sessions, skills labs, and other educational programs; and maintaining accurate resident and program records across institutional and regulatory systems. The Surgical Education Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support for the surgical residency program and works closely with the Program Director, Manager of Surgical Education and Director of Surgical Education, department leadership, faculty, and residents.
