Experience and Mastery, in scrubbing minor and major procedures in the generalized surgical specialties, (General, Urology, Eye (cataracts), Gynecology, and Hand Specialty, in addition to, demonstrates proficiency and skill in basic spine procedures (Laminectomies), Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Total Joints, Complicated spinal fusion surgery (including 360), and Complicated Orthopedics: Sports Medicine and Total Joints, and Joint Revisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Advanced Clinical Leadership - Serve as a lead surgical technologist for complex and specialty procedures, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to surgical staff while modeling best practices in sterile technique and patient safety.
