The CSE may substitute the degree requirement with an additional five (5) years of experience beyond the experience requirement of a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Project Engineer or Quality Control Manager on commercial/industrial type facilities, utility or waterfront related contracts valued in excess of $5 million. BIDS is looking for a Construction Surveillance Engineer to support the NAVFAC Southeast (SE) Headquarters, Public Works Departments (PWD) and Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) offices across the NAVFAC SE Area of Responsibility (AOR) to include but not limited to: Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
