Perform disassembly and repair of all types of aircraft engine usable parts Assist with the reconfiguration or reconditioning of equipment Perform scripted test procedures to isolate failure to sub-assembly and/or component level Successfully replace failed sub-assembly, part, or component to bring failed device to working order Perform scripted repair procedure to repair and functionally test part or product Assist Repair technicians/Engineers/Technical Services as required Maintain constant adherence to inventory control practices and procedures Interpret OEM manuals and routers instructions Qualifications:High School or equivalent and basic computer skills Airframe and/or Powerplant license Must possess exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in the inspection methods, techniques, aids, tools, and equipment used in aircraft jet engine maintenance. Maintaining proficiency in using the inspection aids in their assigned area of responsibility Understanding the current specifications involving inspection aids, used to perform inspections are in proper working order and the proper calibration information is affixed.
