Conduct structured Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) in STRIDES-supported provinces with Provincial/City Health Offices, public hospital laboratories, Regional Epidemiology and Surveillance Units (RESUs), and ARSP sentinel sites, assessing AMR data workflows from specimen collection through WHONET/LIS entry, RESU consolidation, and ARSRL/PIDSR reporting. Evaluate data completeness, reporting timeliness, cross-platform consistency, WHONET/LIS/PIDSR adoption, manual versus electronic reporting processes, and interoperability gaps between facility, RESU, and national levels.
