Able to proactively plan, work and market collaboratively, create budget proposals, manage an opportunity pipeline, conduct training, perform client presentations, as well as handle numerous other business-related activities; interpret engineering drawings, land surveys, and legal descriptions; must understand eminent domain and real estate appraisal methodology. GPA of 3.0 or higher (transcripts required) advanced analytical skills including a demonstrated ability to analyze real estate and legal issues, advanced interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop good working relationships.
