Lead assigned preconstruction and estimating efforts for capital projects, including conceptual budgets, ROM estimates, estimates of record, detailed cost models, bid packages, negotiated proposal reviews, scope analysis, risk items, assumptions, exclusions, alternates, escalation, contingency, and recommended award strategies. The role will develop and maintain Lam Research benchmark data for key project scopes, building types, regions, and cost drivers, including cost per square foot, cost per cleanroom square foot, lab cost metrics, utility infrastructure unit costs, general conditions, escalation, contingency, and trade-specific benchmarks.
