Working closely with the prime award recipient, subaward partners, subject matter experts, and program teams, you will coordinate and support partner capacity-strengthening activities, monitor progress against development plans, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the consortium. Through organizational capacity assessments, coaching, technical assistance, learning initiatives, and partner support, you will help organizations build the systems, knowledge, skills, and practices needed to effectively compete for, manage, and implement donor-funded awards while serving vulnerable children and communities affected by crises.
