A BSN or higher prepared RN with 3 yrs experience in the last 5 yrs in home health, primary care, or health facility with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience OR an RN with 4 yrs experience in the last 5 yrs in a home health, primary care, or health facility with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recognizing and rewarding employees; corrective disciplinary procedures and practices (under direction of supervisor and in partnership with Human Resources), addressing complaints and resolving problems.
